Repeat: after 3 months task

I have a task "Repeat :after 3 months"
This task is complete today.
Then, a due is 2012/12/31.

Why? Because 2012/06/31, and 2012/09/31 do not exist?
I hope due 2012/06/30 or 2012/07/01.

That's correct, the task is being set to December 31, 2012 because June 31 and September 31 do not exist. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

Depending on your situation, you may want to try changing this task to repeat on the 30th or on the 1st by changing the due date.
