Timezone on a Tablet

My computer is set to GMT -6: Central with a DST adjustment. There is no option to set timezone on my Android phone...I guess it just gets date/time from the cell towers.
RTM works fine on these two hardware pieces.
A problem occurs with my Motorola Xoom (running Ice Cream Sandwich). It displays the timezone as GMT -5: Central since Sunday morning. And since then, all of my tasks have been 'off'/delayed by one day on this tablet. There is no DST adjustment on the Xoom.
What can I do?

- What's delayed: RTM sidebar for Google calendar on computer, Web RTM on Xoom and Android App on Xoom

-Now Web RTM on my computer is not functioning correctly...only the Android App on my phone has it right!!!!
Very frustrating!!! This is an app I rely on to get things right!!!

OK, everything is now back to normal. It looks like it took a few days for my computers/tablets to get it right and I had to reboot my phone to get it to work correctly.
