How to use RTM with Thunderbird and Lightning extension ?

Hi everybody !
I use Google Calendar and RTM services :) and I want to synchronyse my remote agendas with my local one.
In the Lightning extension for Thunderbird user can import a local ICalendar file.
So I thought I need in XP to add a network bookmark so I tried any Http or Webcal link but XP seems to do not accept such adress.
Maybe it's not the good way.
How did you make it.
Greetings ;) !

phlemesle, thanks for reporting this. We've tested this with the latest version of the Lightning extension, and were able to subscribe with the following steps:
1. Click on 'Calendars'
2. Click on the 'New' button
3. Select 'On the network'
4. Press 'Continue'
5. Enter the iCalendar (Events) URL, starting with webcal:// (described here)
If you're subscribing to a private list, it should then prompt for your Remember The Milk username/password.
Hope this helps!

It works : I can now access to the login prompt each time I open Thunderbird.
So I suppose the events can be viewed in the Lighning extension for Thunderbird... but they don't :(
I wonder why since I have published them and I shared them.
On an other point can an event taken in Lightning can be view in RTM ? (I suppose it's a silly question but I'm afraid of asking such questions)

Philippe, glad you got the login to work.
Can you check if you are accessing the 'iCalendar (Events)' feed rather than just the 'iCalendar' one? I don't think Lightning handles tasks, so you would need to use the special events feed.
The iCalendar service is read-only, so unfortunately it's not possible to make changes with Lightning to your RTM tasks (good question though :)

Sorry to hear it's not working. Unfortunately it could be a problem with Lightning -- I know that some other users reported problems with the latest version of Mozilla Sunbird and subscribing to iCalendar feeds. It may be worth checking the Mozilla forums to see if other users have this problem with Lightning. Sorry I can't be of more help!

Thanks for your helping Emily
