Postponing tasks seems to be broken
feralgoat says:
I logged in today to find that postponing overdue tasks... doesn't seem to work. I hit "postpone", everything seems okay, I switch to a new tab... and the postponed tasks mysteriously set themselves back to their original due date. This is driving me crazy because I just want to get my todo lists in order :) I've never had this happen until this morning.

feralgoat, thanks for reporting this issue. Which operating system are you using?
Can I ask which timezone you have set in Remember The Milk (on the Settings screen)? Can you please check that your computer has the same timezone set?
Thanks!

I'm currently using Mac OS X 10.4.8 in Firefox, and both my computer's time zone and RTM's are set to GMT -6.
My current workaround is manually retyping in the date when I want to postpone something :)

feralgoat, thanks for this info. Would you mind trying to postpone again now?
We have fixed your account for now, but it may be worth checking that any computers that you use RTM with have the same timezone and location set (for example, 'GMT-06:00 America/Chicago') so that this doesn't happen with new tasks in the future.
If due dates are set from a computer that's an hour off from your RTM timezone (for example, a computer with a timezone location that's observing daylight time differently), then this can cause problems with postponing tasks. If you continue to experience problems, please let us know!
