Tags created via Android app won't delete
I created a couple of tags via the Android app and I no longer use them. I have deleted the tags from the web app since there doesn't seem to be a way to delete them from the Android app. The tags still show up in the Android app though. This only happens to tags I created in the Android app. Tags created in the web app delete properly from everywhere.
I have tried adding a new tag in the web app with the same name as the one in Android in the hope that when I deleted it again, Android would get rid of it. Again though, when I delete the tags via the web app, Android still keeps them.
I can survive with them showing up in the list, I don't look at the tag list in Android very often. I can see though that if I were to collect up a large number of tags and they didn't disappear when I deleted them, it would become increasingly difficult to spot tags that are still in use on the occasions that I do use the tag list.
Any ideas?

You can delete them in Android - its not terribly intuitive how.
Go to the home screen and select Tags.
Long press the tag you want rid of
Slect Edit Tag when it comes up.
Press your menu button and you'll see Delete Tag.

Hi kthdsn,
As echarles mentioned, you can delete these tags from the device directly.
If there are a lot of tags, it may also be easiest to sync your tasks, then perform a Reset in the Android app. This will erase all the data from the app and download a fresh copy of your tasks, including only the tags that you see in the web app.
Hope that helps!
