Numbering/Counting Course Weeks

Is it possible to have a task repeat for a certain number of weeks only? Perhaps even change the task label automatically with every new week?

Ideally I would like to see a task in my calendar that says "Week 1" in the first week, then "Week 2" in the next and so on. That would be really useful for me when doing course work, where there is often a requirement that assignments are due in "Week X" where I currently have to keep track of which week ("X") it is manually.

Sorry, but it isn't currently possible to change the name of the task automatically as it repeats. Each task in the series will have the same name.

However, you can define an end date for your task by using "until". For example:

course work ^today *every week until April 15

I would fancy variables in task names like "Week $repeat" where $repeat gets replaced with a number that denotes how often this task has been repeated. Oh well, but I guess that is just day dreaming!
