RTM suddenly stops working

I became a fan of RTM in just two weeks. And I have been warned that it depends on gmail, and may stop working suddenly.
From this afternoon, suddenly it stopped working. This happened both in my office and home macines.
I tried all the steps from here (https://www.rememberthemilk.com/help/contact/support/?ctx=gmail). No luck.
And I can not even tell the gmail version. The procedure at https://www.rememberthemilk.com/services/gmail/addon/status/ does not work.
Any help will be appreciated. I am already too much dependent on RTM.

By stops working I mean nothing appears at the right of gmail. RTM seem to have vanished in thin air.
