Hide 'Sent' items from the Today list

I've set up my wife with an account, and have sent a couple of tasks to her Inbox using the web interface. But when I use RTM on my phone, the items in the sent folder show up in my Today list.
It would be good to have an option to hide these tasks - I don't need them cluttering up my Today list.
Sure, I can create a search to remove them, but that negates the purpose of the 'Today' & 'Tomorrow', etc, views.

It's really annoying, since I like the "Today", "Tomorrow" views but my wife isn't as active at completing tasks as I am, so all the tasks I send her simply clog up my view.

In looking through the Ideas forum, I saw this thread which suggests the ability to hide the Sent list entirely, and this thread which suggests the ability to hide some lists in the Android app.
If neither of these suggestions seem to fit, please feel free to add a new suggestion.
