Hi doubleapril.zhang,
Removing the Daily Gadget will remove the blue checkmark from each day on your calendar, but it will not remove any of your task data. You can remove it by opening Google Calendar settings, clicking on the Calendars tab, then clicking "Unsubscribe" next to the Remember the Milk calendar.
You can then add the Sidebar Gadget using the button on this page.
Hope that helps!

The link for step 3 of "Add to Google Calendar for Google Apps users" is broken

ginazheng,
You may want to look at your browser settings; that link should work if you have JavaScript configured to work on all sites.
If it's still not working for you, it'd be great if you could contact us.
In the meantime, you can add the gadget manually by adding the "Add any gadget by URL" Calendar Labs gadget, and then using it to add the following URL:
http://www.rememberthemilk.com/services/modules/googlecalendar/sidebar/rtm.xml
Hope this helps!
