I keep getting a popup asking if I want to install RTM on my desktop. When I click on yes nothing happens when I click on no the popup still happens sporadically. What gives? Is there a widget and if so how do I get it as Microsoft took down the gadget site. If not how do I stop the popups

We don't currently have an official desktop gadget, but we did feature a Windows Vista sidebar gadget on our blog in the past.
