Repeating Tasks Question

It's not currently possible to create this kind of repeat. Sorry for any inconvenience.
In the meantime, you are able to create a task that repeats "every 60 days". Alternatively, you could create a task that repeats "every month on the 1st Thursday", for example, and delete every other occurrence of the task. The series will continue to repeat if you choose.
