No connection

I have been using RTM pro for several years on my droid1. Today I bought a droid bionic and downloaded the rtm app. When I try to log in to rtm it tells me... "No connection". I have reinstalled 4 times. Everything else internet related works on the phone. I submitted a trouble ticket but doubt that will help much. Anyone else have any ideas?
