Setting Monthly Repeated Tasks due Every 2nd Tuesday

I'm trying to set up a task that will be repeated every month and whose due date will be 2nd Tuesday of that month. However, I'm not able to do this properly.

Anybody who's had success who can point me in the right direction, or better yet give me step-by-step on how to do this?

You can set up this kind of repeating task by setting the Repeat property of the task to:

every month on the 2nd Tuesday
