ical with gcal not working

Ive been trying to add an ical update to my Google calendar with no success. Ive copy and pasted as the instruction ordered but no events are popping out and sometimes gcal says it could fetch the URL.
Ive tried to add it to an rss reader with no success as well, the only one that work was the FireFox live bookmarks.
i would be happy for some assistance as i dont know what should i do more.
im using the URL provided for all the lists, some of them have due dates and some dont but nothing appear.

Unfortunately the 'All Lists' iCalendar feed won't work with Google Calendar currently, as Google does not support authentication. Lists need to be made public before it's possible to subscribe to them -- more details are available here -- hope this helps!

all lists are public,
any other solutions for now ? any service that you know of maybe that i could use as a third side importer - assuming it will accept rtm ical useing it to export it to gcal

it seems that only one out of the other 4 is succesful, the others seem to import ok but with no events
this is the syccesful one :
