Which way should I turn?

nigel.lane says:
I am finally trying to get to grips with RTM and it's complexity is confusing me.

Is it best to use the list feature to put tasks for work and home seperately?

Should I use tags for the GTD contexts like @work @home @computer etc? [GTD devoteees]

How should I have a 'sometime maybe' list? Again using tags or are there other options?

I have a host of 'ongoing' tasks [Quadrant 2 things for you Covery fans] - for example - transferring my cassette tapes to mp3 files - no time sensitivity, heaps of them to do, can easily get forgotten. How should I deal with those?

Finally - is it a good idea to somehow put my projects list into rtm? or should I just use it for my next actions.

See how confused I am?

[FYI I use web, ipad and iphone but I think my questions are more philosophical than type specific]

How you organize your task lists is ultimately up to you, but you may want to browser our Tips & Tricks forum to get some ideas that other users have posted.

Another source that may help is this post from our blog which details one method of implementing GTD in Remember the Milk.

Hope that helps!
