At what time does an "all day" task become due?

I'd like to know at what time a task which has only a date set (no time) becomes due? At 0:00? I'm asking because I don't want the reminders to wake me up (phone besides bed).

Reminders will only be issued at the time a task is due if you have set a due time for the task. Tasks that only have a due date (that is, "all day" tasks) will be included in your daily reminders, but will not issue individual reminders.

You can change your reminder settings on the Reminders tab of your Settings screen.
