Location renaming usability bug: changing case fails

When renaming locations, RTM reports a name collision error when only changing the case of the name, which requires working around by first renaming the location to a different temporary name. In other words, renaming "home" to "Home" fails, but renaming "home" to "foo" to "Home" works.
Other objects (tasks, lists) allow renames to adjust the case without any workaround, though. Can this be fixed, for locations?
