I can not delete tag

I have a 9 tasks with the tag "@ звонки"(3 tasks are closed). I tried to remove the tag by editing a task, by editing the right of all tasks. But after updating the page with the objectives of this tag is automatically restored. I tried to remove this tag via setup menu, but still nothing. I get a message that the tag is removed, but in Dr.
