Quick add?

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any apps or extensions that let you add a task in a single line with a shortcut key as you describe. Sorry for the inconvenience.
We offer Quick Add Bookmarklets for several browsers. These also require some fields to be input separately as you add a task, however.
