hi
ive started using rtm a few weeks ago, and the more i learn the more i like the system. one problem ive been having lately is that about 1/3 of time when i enter a new task into the box, then the location tag, for example @home, or the regular tag, ie #email, becomes part of the task name itself and doesn't get stored as the location or tag. then i have to click the task, edit the name and put them into the proper fields of the task manually. i have noscript off on rtm, so it should be doing the scripts. thanks for any help

Would it be possible to submit a Smart Add issue report via our support system, if you haven't done so already?
Just select your issue from the list on the left, and follow the steps shown. If your issue isn't listed, click on "I'd like to report a new issue".
Your report should provide all the info that we need to investigate further, but we'll be in touch via email if we require any more details.
Thanks!
