Adding time to a task

Can you please tell how to add custom time for a task while creating it.

You can include the time as part of the due date. For example, when you are creating the task, you can enter:
New Task ^today 3:15pm

If you need to modify the time later, use the Due Date field of the task to modify the date and the time.
