Problem with loading page - RTM is unavailaible

When I comes to to RTM page and i login, very often (60%) is page very long loading and waiting for some files on http://s4.rtmcdn.net/ and then the process ends with error connection refused and I have unavailaible my tasks. I have also unavailaible my tasks in export to iCal in Thunderbird.
