Too many categories/lists

metalhero says:
I use categories to categorize my mail, rather than folders. However, when I enable two-way sync I get all the categories that I am not using for tasks as well, resulting in a lot of empty list tabs cluttering up my rtm web experience.
Anyone had experience with this and know of a workaround?

Hi metalhero,
Thanks for your feedback.
You could name your categories with a pound/hash sign at the beginning, e.g. #name, which would then sync as tags instead of lists.
Hope this helps!

metalhero,
Sorry for my confusion; I should clarify: MilkSync is designed not to sync any categories without tasks. Would it be possible to submit a MilkSync for Microsoft Outlook issue report via our support system so we can discuss some specifics to see what's happening for you?
Thanks!
