Urgent Help needed! Can't undo multiple actions...
I accidentally changed the task heading of ALL my incomplete tasks to a future date while trying to change stuff on the computer. I have tried to Undo my actions but it won't let me [?possibly because of the multiple actions].
However the list on my android phone is intact as I am nowhere near a wireless connection. How do I ensure that when I get home and my phone reconnects to the wireless connection that the RTM lists on my phone take precedence and override the mistakes?

I'm watching this one. I hope it works out for you. I did something like that a while ago, but it was only for about 20 tasks.

It's not possible to initiate a one-way sync via the Android app; sorry.
You can undo multiple actions, one at a time, all the way back to the start of your session. The undo "history" lasts as long as your browsing session is active, so if you log out, refresh, or close your browser, it will end there. (To undo your last action, click on the More Actions dropdown and select the Undo Last Action option; or press the 'z' key.)
Hope this helps!

Thank you, Andrew, but I refresh often. I can't think of any reason that a user would have for multi-edit on the task name. I can't imagine making 200 tasks with the same name in one multi-edit action. I know that multi-edit applies to all the variables on the right side, but it would be really useful (from a catastrophic data loss perspective) to to not have multi-edit apply to task names., or to have an option for confirmation dialog before changes are applied. Rather than having to back out from something so precarious, I want to have the opportunity to change my mind before the action is done.
Please bear in mind that N and M are too so together on the keyboard that one missed key when intending to to deselect (N) could meant that not only has the user not deselected, but has entered multi-edit mode (M).
I speak as one who early on in my use lost all my task names and refreshed before I realized it. I was able to reconstruct from iCalendar, but it was enough to scare me away. I've come back and started to use RTM in earnest and am headed for a pro registration, irregardless (and even recommend it to others). However, I reported the issue in April 2009. Now, almost two years later, I have to ask why the risk of losing all task titles in one key-stroke has not been addressed. This is a sincere and respectful question. I'm asking for the reason. Is it not recognized as a problem? Is there a technical obstacle?

Hi bluesgeek,
Thanks for your feedback on how you'd like this to work; we don't have any announcements at this time, sorry. (Unfortunately we can't say more than that; thanks for your understanding.)

You got it!
I ended up changing each item individually one by one so that there was a newer accurate item. A very long painful process. And just as well I had a phone list to compare to.
Given that I have lists for everything from finances/bills to work appointments to birthdays to recipes, it was an absolute necessity. RTM helps me stay sane as I use it for everything to organise not only me but my entire family.
A confirmation option for multi-edit would be really useful. If I hadn't had a non-synced list on my phone I would have lost everything.
