Search only work-related lists

I have a handful of lists for both work and personal use. I know how to set up Smart Lists, but don't know how to run a query for all lists except for two lists (my two personal lists).

Having a "work only" list will help me manage only work-related tasks at work. Thanks!

Say that your personal lists are called Pers1 and Pers2.
To search for all tasks except for in those two lists you would search
NOT (list:Pers1 OR list:Pers2)
That search can then be saved as Work for example.
