MilkSync (Outlook) Install Hoses Outlook

My MilkSync has updated itself today and for the second time, it kinda hosed up Outlook.
During the install, it asked me to close. I did. It continued and restarted Outlook but hung displaying mail. I closed it and it refused to start - waiting on MilkSync to sync.
Last time, I uninstalled and reinstalled from the website and it seemed to fix things. This time, I thought I'd let you know first.
