2 tasks on 1 line

I was working on a list where I was using A0:,A1:,AA0:,AA1,etc. Then, I noticed that every so often in my list, 2 tasks were starting to appear on 1 line. Basically, the line separating 2 tasks disappeared. I tried to fix by deleting the list, but it's still doing it. It's doing it on ALL of my lists. On every list, the 1st, 12th, and 22nd lines actually contain 2 tasks. The line between is gone. I have no idea what is going on. Wondering if it something I did.

Oh, by the way, I noticed that it only happens on my macbook and only when using firefox, not safari.

Thanks. I appreciate the reply & just recently submitted a report. Curious to see if the problem can be found. I tried using firefox safe mode which temporarily disables all add-ons & it still happens. It's not a major problem. It just bugs me.
