Blog for Updates / Changes / New Features

It would be great if you'd keep a blog (ideally) or revision log to show when you've updated RTM with new features or fixed things that we've been requesting in the forums. That way we can see that you're reading what we're writing to you, taking it into consideration, and continuously putting effort and energy into improving the RTM service!
I don't mean this to be a ridiculous reply, but they do have a blog (http://blog.rememberthemilk.com/), and while they don't post about bug fixes there, they also have a status page (http://status.rememberthemilk.com/) and a Twitter feed.
If you want to see more evidence of iterative development and crowd sourced direction, I really don't think you're going to find it here at RTM.

I would think a company like this would surely listen to its users! (Pro users in the least.. as we are the ones providing their wages.)

You can also see the New Features & Updates category on the blog, if that helps.
We're continually working to improve RTM based on the feedback we receive from users (some features take longer to develop than others, but we'll get there eventually!). We read every post on the forum (and everything sent to us via email, Facebook, Twitter, carrier pigeon, etc) and take it all into consideration (even if it's sometimes not immediately evident :).

Thanks the link, Emily!
