If you're looking for a way to create a list of tasks that you can then reuse later, there's a good discussion of template lists in the forums. (There are other discussions too, but that one should get you started.)
If you're looking to create a task that repeats every three months, you can set the repeat to do that.

You basically set up the group of tasks using the parameters for email importing of tasks from RTM. When they show up there could be some additional work dating them or assigning tags.
