Is there a Windows app that syncs with RTM?

Just a way to access the RTM UI offline would be even better - HTML5? (Especially now that Google Gears is no longer supported.)

1.] Launch RTM as a Google Gears "webapp" from Chrome (ie giving it its own serparate window).
2.] Click the offline button and have your RTM database synced to your computer, and make a few changes to your RTM lists.
3.] Close the RTM window and shutdown your laptop and go wherever you need to go.
4.] Start your laptop and stay offline and still be able to access the RTM app.
5.] Sync-up when you have internet access again.
