How do I?

I use RTM to help me keep track of tasks for work.
Those tasks have one of 5 prefixes (INV, QTE, CALL, DO & MISC) so I can instantly prioritise within the normal priortisation.
Is it possible to have a dropdown box defined somewhere so as I start I can choose rather than type it in each time?
Thanks

This is only possible in Smart Add with lists and tags; sorry for any inconvenience.
You may wish to use those in addition to your prefixes, or perhaps to use tags for your organization and numbers to sort?
Hope this helps!

yourshiredave,
You need to gain a better grasp of tags and smart lists.
For example, tag your work items as INV, QTE, CALL, DO & MISC.
Then, create smart lists for those tags if you like.
This work a lot better than manually typing out QTE or CALL.
The # function (Smart Add) will make your life easier.
