Sharing lists broken

Hi,
Similar to this: http://www.rememberthemilk.com/forums/help/10707/
I managed to share a couple of lists to a colleague. He accepted them, and most of them seem to show the tasks that are showing. However, there is one list that acts strangely. My colleague accepted the pending list sharing, and the lists showed up. However, one of the lists showed without the tasks I had put on the list before. Plus, though all of those shared lists are visible to him, they all say (Not shared).
He then tried to share this list that did not even show the shared tasks, with me. RTM gave a message something like "The list sharing is now pending with ..." where my name should apparently have shown in place of the ellipsis. But I do not get to accept the sharing - the other, (supposedly) private list he has with the same name as my original list, does not appear in my Settings -> Lists screen.
So it seems clear to me that there is a bug of some sort. A pretty big one. Probably gonna try to find other options pretty soon.

If you haven't done so already, would it be possible to submit a Sharing, Sending, & Publishing Tasks issue report via our support system?
Please select the issue that you're experiencing from the list on the left, and follow the steps shown. If your issue isn't listed, just click on "I'd like to report a new issue" on the left.
Your report should provide all the info that we need to investigate further, but we'll be in touch via email if we require any more details.
Thanks!

I found that sometimes the items on a shared list don't update until the person you share with logs out and then logs back in again. (Or maybe there is just a time delay and I haven't waited enough time to check it.) It may be a browser specific issue. Anyway, that could make it seem like the shared items aren't showing up initially.
I may be misunderstanding you, but it sounds like your colleague tried to share back a list to you that you had already shared to him, and/or that he had a private list with the same name as a shared list. I could see where doing either of those things could really confuse the system and cause strange things to happen.
Maybe try to start over again, delete the shared lists and tasks, and make sure to give it enough time to update all the tasks on the shared lists or have your colleague log out and back in again if something shared doesn't show up. And make sure that a shared list doesn't have the same name as a private list the person already has, and that he doesn't try to share back something you have already shared with him.
I have noticed that a list you share with someone will show the status of "Not shared" for the overall list, but each individual task on the list will show up correctly as to being shared. I think the overall "Not shared" on the other person's list may only show up if that person re-shares the list with a 3rd person, but I haven't actually tried that.

Thanks. It was broken already though before that colleague tried to share the list back to me. I do think this should work without me trying to fix the system as a user :).

submitted an issue, though it did not seem ask me anything really relevant to the issue.
