* New features just for Pro users (Remember The Milk for Android, Remember The Milk for iPhone Pro Edition, MilkSync for BlackBerry, MilkSync for Windows Mobile, Pro Tester Program)
* A warm fuzzy feeling for supporting RTM
Keep in mind that the mobile apps all have a 15-day trial (with the exception of the iPhone app, which is free without certain Pro features), so you can try out any of these services that you're interested in before upgrading.
