Exchange Sync

My frustrations are evolving.......I've found a great tasking program for my Droid (Rememberthemilk) but now am having difficulty finding a way to sync this information back to my Outlook and vice versa. Is this far more elementary than what I'm making it out to be? Any thoughts?
