Gmail not behaving correctly

eric.flagel says:
Starting this morning I wasn't able to archive a message within the message (I could by selecting it in my in box). Also, new mail doesn't show up bold unless I reload the entire page. There are also other similar issues.

This happened at home (Win-7, 64-bit) and at work (Win-2k). I disabled the RTM extension and everything is back to normal. However, I can barely function with out it :)

(I will now submit a report)

I too am experiencing similar issues, gmail keeps saying "loading" when I open an email then try to go back to the inbox, archive or delete the email, if I refresh the page it sometime works. Disabled the RTM addon and gmail now works fine. Gmail version is 15742026

I'm having the same problem. It just started today, May 22, 2010, for me on my system running Win7 64bit and FireFox 3.6.3. Language is US English as required for the add-on. Disabling the RTM Gmail FireFox add-on fixes the issue.

I would report on my version of Gmail but can't access Gmail settings with the add-on enabled so I don't know what version I'm using.

I am experiencing the same issues as gordon_jones and using the same version of Gmail.

stefcameron - You can also find your Gmail version by looking at the source code of the page. Scroll down a little until you find a block that starts like this:

< script >
var GLOBALS=[,,"15742026","gmail_fe

I just checked and I am now on gmail version 15777071, that one shows as supported, so I re-enabled the RTM addon and everything seems to be back to working normal now.

If you haven't done so already, would it be possible to submit a Gmail issue report via our support system?

Please select the issue that you're experiencing from the list on the left, and follow the steps shown. If your issue isn't listed, just click on "I'd like to report a new issue" on the left.

Your report should provide all the info that we need to investigate further, but we'll be in touch via email if we require any more details.

Thanks!
