Task sharing & completion notifications

I'm trying to determine if RTM has the ability to notify me when a shared task is completed, so I know it's complete & it doesn't just drop off my list. This is a feature that was missing a while back when I first signed up, and I'm hoping it's been added, since it (and ability to synch to an offline iPod Touch / iPad) is a "must have" feature for getting home / work life organized.
Happy to pay for a Pro account if that is necessary, but I don't want to upgrade unless the notification feature is there.

Unfortunately we don't support this directly, however you could use our Atom feeds to be notified of completed tasks.
For example, if you create a Smart List that searches for status:completed sharedWith:username, you can subscribe to that Atom feed, which will be updated when new shared tasks are completed.
