RTM Notification SMS does not work at all for me

I just signed up and I can't get messages on my cell phone either. I have Virgin Mobile. I sent a message from my phone to my inbox though. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I called TMobile tech support and we tried a few things, nothing worked. They suggested making a new RTM account and seeing if it still did not work. I made a new account and IT WORKED! This means there is something wrong with my primary RTM account that will not send SMS reminders to my phone. What could this be? I'm going to adjust a bunch of settings myself and see if I can get it to work, but this means that it's on RTM's side, and it's some how linked to my specific RTM account...
Some more info, in case it helps: I found out I have an email-to-sms service. I can send an email address to MyNumber@tmomail.net ie 6175551212@tmomail.net and it goes through. This works when I send a test email through my gmail, but when I try to add this address to RTM's reminders, it still does not work.

One odd thing I noticed on my reminders setting page. I had an ipod touch last year, don't any more. The ipod touch reminder option looks different than the others, and I notice you can not create a new ipod touch reminder.
Is it possible that this is a legacy reminder service, and is now interfering with normal SMS reminders?

Final update to this for future surfers. RTM tech support suggested removing and re-adding the reminder, and that solved the problem! Thanks Andrew
