Chasing down old incomplete tasks

I am trying to find a search string to create a smartlist for old tasks that are still incomplete.

Something like status:incomplete and addedBefore:"3 weeks ago"

Will this string work or is there a way to get a list like this... to allow me to see the old tasks just hanging out there and perhaps clean them up.

No need to add status:incomplete, that's assumed.
