Can we get an RSS feed of completed tasks?

Brandon, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately we don't currently have an RSS feed of completed tasks, but this is something we could look at providing if people would find it useful to have. I don't know if this helps in your situation, but the iCalendar feed does contain both completed and incomplete tasks.
